***Some Notes with regards to Target Groups
The design and flow as well as methods to be applied during the training may change according to the profile of the participants. I.e. In case the group is composed of the expat and his/her team, additional workshops may be added and the training will be supported with Group Coaching sessions.
The training can also be designed for groups composing of various cultures, rather than getting familiar with the Turkish culture, to increase the skills of cross cultural communication. In this case the content will be adjusted accordingly.
