2. Day
Points to take care of and critical success factors in relationship management in Turkish Culture ( business life & social life)
Dominant management models in Turkish business life and how to cope with ( especially when they represent their companies outside)
Points to take care of in meetings.
Dress code in business life.
Different understanding of ‘’Business Plan’’ concept in Turkey and Western countries and underlying reasons ( with economical and social factors)
Disadvantages of Turkish Culture in business life and how to cope with.
Competitive advantages, Turkish Culture conveys to the business life and how to benefit from as ‘’Best Practice Transfer’’
Turkish Culture in Social Life
Things to avoid in Turkish Culture (behaviors, taboos), general conversation topics, ice breakers to establish relationship and to take one step further.

***Some Notes with regards to Target Groups
The design and flow as well as methods to be applied during the training may change according to the profile of the participants. I.e. In case the group is composed of the expat and his/her team, additional workshops may be added and the training will be supported with Group Coaching sessions.
The training can also be designed for groups composing of various cultures, rather than getting familiar with the Turkish culture, to increase the skills of cross cultural communication. In this case the content will be adjusted accordingly.
